Having over 20 years of experience building homes, together Dale and Susanne Mosier have built a solid reputation for Up North Construction by constructing hundreds of quality homes in Miami County. Five years ago Ben Mosier joined the family business, bringing a new focus on Craftsman style detail to each home. Our construction team offers seasoned building experience, Craftsman style detail, and expert design coordination.
